Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior English Teacher to join our Pakenham Campus in a full-time, ongoing position commencing 21 January 2027. The successful applicant will be a passionate educator with demonstrated experience teaching VCE English and VCE English Language, committed to fostering academic excellence, critical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation of language and literature.

Position based at our Pakenham Campus
Teaching load includes VCE English and VCE English Language
Demonstrated experience teaching VCE English and English Language is essential
Contribute to curriculum development and the delivery of outstanding learning outcomes in the Senior School
Join a highly collaborative and supportive team of experienced educators
Current VIT registration is required
Tertiary qualifications in Education are required
Experience in VCE assessment, moderation and examination preparation will be highly regarded
All new teachers are assigned a mentor and encouraged to participate in our comprehensive mentoring program to support their professional growth and success at the College
