We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative Coeducators  to join our Early Learning Centres located in Berwick and Pakenham.

Job Description

Little Beacons Coeducator is primarily responsible for supporting children in our Seedling Program, between the ages of 6 months to 3 years.  

The Coeducator is expected to provide a high level of support responding to the individual needs of children/students and staff, and will demonstrate an understanding of current research and have experience in delivering programs based on best practice in early childhood.

  • All positions will commence in early January 2026.
  • There are a variety of part time and full time opportunities available at both Berwick and Pakenham Early Learning Centers.
