The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Campus Principal and is the first point of administrative support for the Campus Principal
Position details
- This is a part time position (22.5 hours per week/0.592 FTE)
- Commence work each day at 8:00am and finish at 12:30pm
- Job share position
- Commencing 23 September 2025 and concluding 19 December 2025
- This position is a multi-campus role however will be based at our Pakenham Campus
- This position requires a current employee WWCC and police check
Key duties
- Act as a first point of contact for the Campus Principal, prioritising issues that require their attention
- Manage the Campus Principal’s diary
- Provide cover for all areas- College Services/ Reception/Health Centre/ other Executive Assistants
- Assist the Campus Principal with all administration tasks relating to all campus events
- Manage all correspondence on behalf of the Campus Principal.
